The Cuisinart MCH‑4 is a compact 4-cup chopper/grinder designed for small-batch food prep. It offers paddle controls for Chop or Grind modes, and uses an auto-reversing SmartPower® blade for both fine chopping and coarse grinding. The BladeLock™ system securely locks the blade in place, making it safe to pour out ingredients. The bowl has a handle for easy maneuvering, and all removable parts, including lid and blade, are dishwasher-safe.
