This compact 4-cup chopper/grinder from Cuisinart’s Elemental collection features a SmartPower® blade that auto-reverses—sharp for delicate chopping, blunt for grinding tougher ingredients. A BladeLock™ system securely locks the blade during use and pouring. The unit is controlled via easy touchpad buttons for “Chop” or “Grind,” and it comes with a spatula and recipe/instruction book.
